With over 25 years in the financial services industry including financial planning, capital raising, stockbroking and private banking, whilst working for some of the worlds leading investment and banking houses in London, Sydney and Adelaide. George then founded Tatigen Financial Management in 2012, which was initially set up to deliver a boutique and personalised service to a small number of business people and families who were successful in business, but lacked time to focus on their personal financial administration.
Demand grew through referrals and organic growth, therefore in 2015 I invested in and designed a scalable platform using world class security that would support the expansion of the business model. Without sacrificing the fundamental elements of what must always remain a highly personalised business. Tatigen has evolved into a world leading service provider under our proud new brand of ONDA Lifestyle Concierge, which reflects the true definition and depth of our personalised services.
ONDA has developed a strong team of dedicated professionals, guided by an Advisory Board consisting of highly qualified finance industry experts and business executives.
Whilst founded and headquartered in South Australia, we operate nationally and have offices in Sydney and Melbourne, with Brisbane opening in 2019.
Peter Siebels GAICD is Principal at 4D Advisory, a business specialising in the needs of Family owned businesses.
Peter was formerly National Managing Partner of the Private Enterprise practice for KPMG in Australia, a member of KPMG's Global Middle Market Executive and a National Board member of KPMG. During his 30 year career at KPMG, he was Tax Partner from 1996, Partner in Charge of Tax Consulting in SA from 2001 - 2007 and was appointed Chairman of Partners, SA in 2003, a role he held until 2011.
Peter is a current Board member of the RAA, RAA Insurance, ECH, Fox Creek Wines, Hood Sweeney and the Electricity Industry Superannuation Scheme and sits on a number of other Private Company Advisory Boards. He is passionate about the challenges confronting private enterprise and their important role in driving economic activity.
Steven has over 25 years of senior leadership and management experience, in Education, HR, elite sport and in the commercial sector. He has compiled nearly 20 years as Chief Executive of both the Adelaide and Carlton Football Clubs in the Australian National Football League and has successfully rebuilt the commercial and operating models at both. He is currently the Managing Director of the Randall Wine Group, incorporating Seppeltsfield – and is the Chairman of the Adelaide 36ers basketball club.
With a Bachelor of Education and as the holder of an MBA, as well as being a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors; Steven has held a number of Board positions, including the Rivergum Group of Companies (as Chairman, for 10 years), the St Peter’s College Council, the Adelaide Football Club and Prostate Cancer Foundation.
